Erin Elizabeth Photography – Baby, Children, and Family Photographer in Sydney, Australia bio picture

ERIN ELIZABETH PHOTOGRAPHY | BLOG

I am utterly inspired by babies, children, and the love between families.  Newborn squeaks, baby curiosity, toddler giggles, laughing families...I can't get enough of it all!  Nothing makes me happier than capturing those moments in a portrait that will be treasured for a lifetime.

If you take a  look around my website, you can get a good idea of my photographic style.  My husband playfully refers to me as 'the toddler paparazzi', since I tend to let my subjects run wild, while I chase them with a camera.  I usually refer to it as 'lifestyle photography'.  After all, that's essentially what I'm striving to capture...life!

That's me on the left with my own little girl, Delilah.  I'm constantly amazed at how quickly she grows and changes, and forever thankful that I continue to take the time to capture as many of her baby moments as possible.  That's what I love most about photography.  It allows us to steal away little snippets of time that might not seem like anything out of the ordinary when the camera shutter clicks, but will ultimately be the moments that we most treasure after they are long gone.

It would be an honour to be invited to capture the life of your famliy.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Pretty in pink. | Sydney Babies Photographer

Meet Emma.

Emma is 10-weeks-old and cute as a button!  She seriously has the coolest wardrobe EVER.  Her mom let me check it out and the girl has so many amazingly adorable pink outfits that I had no choice but to be rendered completely jealous.  Go Emma!  ;)

NYC, baby!!

What a ride!

We’re just packing up our bags so we can head to the airport and fly back to frosty Wisconsin, but I wanted to share a bit of the fun first.  We had a BLAST in New York.  Five days of great food, stellar sights, and lots of culture.  Oh, and bitter cold temps for walking around.  Awesome  :)

Here’s the view from our rental apartment.  Woot!

Standing in line for The Colbert Report standby tickets.  We didn’t get in, but it was worth a shot!

We walked through Central Park to get to Museum Mile.  It was gaaawgeous, despite the wintery temps.

We JUST missed a photography exhibition at the Guggenheim by one day, but I still liked it :)

Grand Central Station was by far my favorite NYC building.  It was freakin amazing!

I will dream about these burgers every day for the rest of my life.  They were so good that we actually ate there for lunch AND dinner one day.  Yum and a half.

We couldn’t go to New York without visiting the Met at least once.  I LOVE Van Gogh, and was thrilled to be able to see this.

We all bought gloves and hats from a guy with a table full of them on the street.  That guy must have seen us coming from a mile away!

Our last night, we took the Staten Island Ferry out to Staten Island and back just to catch the Statue of Liberty and the sunset.  So so beautiful.

Family fun in black and white. | Sydney Family Photographer

Meet the cutest family ever!

We decided to do this session in all black and white and I LOVE it!  There’s just something about black and white that makes everything look magical, don’t you think?

It was getting a bit dark towards the end of the session, but I still think we got some good stuff.  Enjoy!
