My baby is growing up! | Sydney Baby Photographer

Where has the past month gone?

Well technically, it’s been over six weeks since our little Delilah came into the world (I’m two weeks behind on my photo editing!) and it’s unbelievable how much she’s changed in that short amount of time.  She literally changes by the day!  I’m trying as hard as I can to savour every moment of her tiny-ness because as soon as I blink, she’s gone and gotten a little bit bigger.  As I write this, she’s already over 11 pounds…and getting cuter by the day, if I do say so myself ;)

I’ve decided I’m going to document her first year through monthly photo shoots.  We took her one month pics a few weeks ago on a scorching hot morning.  Thought I’d share a few with you all.  Love her so much!

She’s Here! | Sydney Newborn Photographer

Everyone…meet my adorable daughter, Delilah!

Delilah was born on October 14th, at 10:58pm, at 7 lbs 12 oz and 21 inches long.  She is a bundle of cuteness and we could not possibly love her more, even if she does keep us up all hours of the night :)   So far, she appears to resemble her gaaaawgeous mother (haha), but she definitely has elements of her father (like his fingers and ears!).  She’s also most definitely inherited her stubborn streak from BOTH her parents, however she’s generally a very happy baby who hardly ever cries.  In other words, she’s our little angel!  :)

I took these pics when she was six days old and still in her squishy, bendy newborn stage.  She’s not even three weeks yet, and she’s already outgrown that!  I’m throwing in a couple of pics taken of her a few days ago so you can see how much she’s changed in a week and a half.  It’s amazing how quickly they grow!  ::tear::

And here are a few from when she was 2.5 weeks.  How quickly they change!
